This Contract is primarily to be used for the Office of Emergency Management of Communication’s work South and North of Madison Street for the repair of underground cable breaks, trenching installation of underground conduits, pulling fiber optic (i.e., fiber splicing), camera installation / repair, installing street light poles of various sizes, installing PVC, installing steel helix foundations, and directional boring for various size conduits. Construction comprised of a new four bay vehicle wash bay building and an addition to the village administrative building. The project has achieved the LEED Gold Certification. Improvements to the exterior and the roof area of the facility. This included refurbishing the existing acroteria, catwalks and medallions on the exterior of the facility as well as some masonry repairs.

New Chicago Ward building located next to Lake Michigan houses 7th and 10th Wards. The facility consist of administrative offices and vehicular parking garage and it is the first City of Chicago owned and operated facility to be powered by wind turbines. This project has received LEED Gold Certification. Complete demolition and restoration of "historically significant" public plaza area located along the Chicago River adjacent to Wrigley Building and Michigan Avenue Bridge. Scope of work included major structural modification, replacement of limestone, granite wall panels, pavers and waterproofing. New construction of a one story LEED Silver certified fire station, consisting of steel frame and solid masonry and a 30-space parking lot.

A new, one story brick building with block backup and a barrel-vaulted standing seam roof. The interior includes high-end terrazzo and millwork throughout. Specs are identical to that of the Logan Square Branch. It is significant in that it houses one of the most extensive genealogical research centers in the City of Chicago. Facility included locker rooms, sleeping quarters, physical training room, staff kitchen, officer quarters, apparatus bay and administrative areas.
