Accel Pacific JV was formed by Accel Construction Services Group, LLC and Pacific Construction Services to create a highly qualified HUBZone SBA certified 8 (a) Small Disadvantages Business that provides design and construction management, general contracting, project management and design build services. Our principal integration of design and construction services allows us to successfully analyze our clients’ expectations and to provide them with the most cost effective solutions for a wide range of projects from small interior renovations to state of the art ground up new construction.
